”We really enjoyed this little chalet, especially the wood fireplace. We had to bring our own wood (available at the depanneur, but we got ours at Canadian Tire for 10). The kitchen was very well-equipped and we cooked a big meal one evening. Only thing that was missing was sugar for coffee and paper towels / napkins. It's hard to see from the listing photos, but the chalet is very close to other properties and right on a street so it doesn't have a very private/rustic feel, but it was nice...

”We arrived in February during some pretty cold weather days (-20 F). Fortunately, the VRBO was so cozy, beautiful, and comfortable that we didn’t mind staying in and relaxing. It was just a lovely place to be. The view of the lake was very pretty and also a neat place to watch the cold wind whip across the frozen water. It’s in a great location. Close to magnificent skiing, skating, and snowshoeing. The bedrooms were comfortable. Even with the cold temperatures the VRBO was warm and not drafty....
