”Good price for a bed near the airport”

”Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor.”

”Our room was spotless with great views, comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Our experience this time was perfect.”

”Very steep stairs to climb the room was very stale had to open all the windows and let all the flys in the bathroom door kept sticking so it was best to leve it open the breakfast l can't moment on as I wated for 15 minutes for someone to take my order I got board I went somewhere else and had my breakfast when I got back anhour and a quarter later after having breakfast and a walk around the town the three people that sat down after me were still in there having their breakfast l was so...

”Budget hotel where everything is clean and works, receptionist was friendly and helpful and we had a view of the marina. What more could you ask for? Parking is free in the shared carpark with Lidl, also next to a Waitrose. The hotel is a stone's throw from the lovely marina with loads of eateries nearby.”

”Room could have done with an easy chair but was good otherwise. Hotel seems to pick its staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Not a bad one amongst them. Plenty of choice at breakfast though evening meals were limited as awaiting new cooling facilities. Plenty of parking at front and back of hotel. Hotel location ideal for getting into Gloucester. Very pleased overall and would definitely use again.”

”The receptionist was kind enough to let us park our car while we went up to Sugarloaf early in the morning. All the staff are very friendly. We had our dinner at their restaurant. Fish and chips lovely and cooked breakfast was very nice. Lovely view of the mountain from our bedroom. Room is very spacious,nice and clean. Bathroom is lovely and clean. Looking forward staying here again.”
