The Space:

214 Tennis Club Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island, just a brief walk from the Beach Club, Island Bites, Sandbar, Tennis & Pickleball and Fitness Center. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being walking distances from the beach and near a bike path. 214 Tennis Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.



The large open dining room and marsh view from the living room greet you as you enter. The kitchen is outfitted with ample counter space and appliances. The basic houseware, utensils and dishes make meal preparation and cooking a breeze during your stay. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and access to a hall bath with a step-in shower. The guest bedroom upstairs has 4 full beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This convenient setup is perfect for families and small groups.



Features of this villa include a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. There are 2 TVs with cable in the master bedroom and living room. A Keurig & drip coffee maker are available for your use.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
