The large living room offers ample seating for lounging or gathering with loved ones, while the adjacent dining room provides a picturesque view of the gorgeous courtyard and glimpses of the sparkling ocean beyond.



The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Whether whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party, the kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings.



This luxurious condo features 3 inviting bedrooms, each offering its own unique retreat for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen and with courtyard views, is a serene sanctuary with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.



Adjacent to the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom, featuring 2 queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members. Meanwhile, the 3rd bedroom, situated off the living room, offers 2 twin beds, perfect for children or friends sharing the space.



Step outside onto the wonderful patio and immerse yourself in the refreshing salt air as you unwind and soak up the island ambiance. Whether enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a glass of wine at sunset, the patio provides the ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! There are two assigned parking spaced for this property.



Parking:

The property includes two reserved parking spaces in the Captain John Fripp parking lot. They are marked with the property number. Please do not park in spaces marked with another property number.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
