”HVAC system in the room did not cool the room even though we had it clearly set to cool and had it down to 64. A fan was running, but the temp kept climbing all night to 76. Very uncomfortable sleep. Even with window open. Hotel seemed to blame us for not wanting to move our entire family and bags at 2am when we realized there was an issue”

”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that! Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm). Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”

”Pariskunnalle oikein sopiva hotelli keskustassa. Hieman ajan hammas on jo sitä syönyt varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Yksinkertaiset ikkunat eivät ihan suodata kaupungin melua yöllisenkään aikaan. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin plussan puolella sijaintinsa puolesta.”

”The hotel itself was great. Great area and amazing staff. The room looked run down. As soon as i walked in there was a long hair on the drawer the couch was stained, bedding was also stained. The restroom was very old and beat up. The art work on the wall had a sticky note to cover up damage. Honestly if it wasnt for all that i would give it a good score over all but i paid a 250 to end up in a place i would normally pay 100 for.”

”I must say the staff was extremely welcoming and we received a free upgrade with several amenities added. We were pleasantly surprised and the concierge service was fantastic. Our room faced the mountains and the city it was so incredible. First time to San Francisco and it was such a delightful stay we visited all the famous areas and I even was able to ride an electric bike that went 30 miles per hour to see places that I have missed previously. This is a fantastic hotel with a fantastic staff...

”Friendly staff, great location. Beds and pillows were great and would have been great for a good sleep…. However beware that the walls are thin and doors are not soundproof, so you can hear everything. So noise from the other rooms, elevator and corridor kept us awake. I asked for a quiet room, but this was the best they could offer. Also the rooms facing the inmer courtyard are very dark. ”

”The properties location was wonderful! Close to restaurants, coffee shops and a Trader Joe’s grocery store. The location in comparison to Fisherman’s Wharf was very good! Just a quick walk. The valet staff were all very kind and quick. The front desk staff was okay, but sometimes short tempered. The pool was closed due to construction for most of the day, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I would recommend staying here and come again. ”

”The hotel has a convenient shuttle to pick you up or drop you off at the airport. The place was clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze. The beds were firm but was comfortable enough for me that I slept fairlybwell. Not sure if they offer room service but there was a Jack in the box across the street that was open late. Only complaint is they don't seem to have anybody to help you with your luggage. At least they have the luggage carts located somewhere in the lobby to help you carry your...
