"Dustin was very helpful when I checked into the hotel. He provided multiple suggestions to me and answered all of my questions. Breakfast was enjoyable the next morning and the shower worked well. The room darkening blinds could have been a bit better though."

"We’ve been staying @the HIS (this SJ location) about 6 times a year, for 2 + years. Our last visit was rather unpleasant, and quite frankly rather disappointing.
