Hotel could use some renovation. Clean and overall good hotel but looks quite new in the pictures and itâs not really.
Staff could be nicer. They had given complimentary sodas for us, from not asking the room cleaning. And then they added the sodas to our room bill.
When checking out I was paying the room bill but they had problem with their payment machine. It didnât accept any of my cards and they were saying itâs my cards that are not working. I was saying that my card have been working the whole trip just fine, but she was saying itâs not true and my cards donât work in France⊠but my cards had been working every time before that and also after.
That was stupid comments from her and made bad last impression.

Chambre agréable avec terrasse et vue sur les montagnes...piscine intérieure agréable pour la détente..bon restaurant pour le dßner et accueil professionnel et souriant. Une étape parfaite à Embrun.

Nice little hotel
Great little hotel in an ideal location right in the town centre. The breakfast which was taken in the connecting restaurant next door was simple but very nice.
