My only complaint is the only way to communicate with the staff when booking is through texting. It would certainly be nice to actually call and talk to someone when booking or to ask questions about the room. I feel any business should give the option to actually speak to someone on the phone.

Whale House Guest House
Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying).
