House with a view of the bay of Douarnenez, 400 Meters from Pentrez Beach

House located on the heights of Pentrez, at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, with a view of the entire bay of Douarnenez. A path runs along the side of the house to join the road to Pentrez beach 400 meters away

The ground floor is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge; you will also find a bathroom with shower and WC and you will have access to the garage with the washing machine and dryer. Rolling shutters equip all the windows on the ground floor
The upper floor is made up of three bedrooms, a relaxation room which can be used as an office or games room, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The Egypt room contains a large 160*200 bed, a dressing room and a balcony with a fantastic view of the entire bay (roller shutters).
The Tanzania room also contains a 160*200 double bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table (blind)
The Cabanes room has two 80*200 beds and a wardrobe. We can add a baby bed on request
From the beach, located a 5-minute walk from the house, you can join the GR34 long-distance hiking trail which circles Brittany.
Swimming on the beach is supervised in July and August every afternoon.

Two sand yachting clubs offer sessions open to all.
A market takes place by the beach every Monday morning from April to the end of September with numerous stands (chicken, cold meats, breads, fruits and vegetables, crafts)
Facing the beach, from April to September, you will find two bars, a creperie, a shop that sells drinks, ice creams, kebabs or sandwiches.
