”the elevator was out of service out entire stay.”

”Was clean, however it was so close to the railroad tracks all I heard all night into the wee hours of the morning was the loud train, and then countless motorcylces! I was only there for the night, so it suited my purpose.”

”La Hacienda Inn near the Alamodome is a budget hotel designed for cost-conscious travelers. Low nightly rates and proximity to central event venues over luxury amenities. Small parking lot but the room was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the Riverwalk and Alamodome. The staff is helpful and friendly.”

”Clean spacious room. Front desk super friendly and fast. Valet was 10/10!!!”

”The location was fantastic 4 min walk to The Alamo and just a couple minutes more to The Riverwalk . The staff was amazing from getting us at check in and upon checking out Betty was phenomenal . Highly recommend staying here if visiting Downtown San Antonio!!!!”

”The beds were soft, but we found 2 roaches in our room, and the elevators were old and seemed to be in need of repair. One of the floors of the elevators was weak. And the cleaning staff just puts the clean sheets over pee or whatever bodily fluid stained sheets. The place reeked of weed as well. We will not be staying there ever again. And you have to pay to park which was not announced until check-in.”

”Very clean room and the environment so quiet comfy”

”Great family stay for BMT graduation!”

”We loved the fact that it was close to the downtown area. The staff was very helpful in upgrading our rooms. Be mindful they have an original layout ( park in front of your room) or an inside 2 story layout. Rooms were very clean and no carpet in the new section. And most of all it was quiet those 2 nights we were there. Our host ND ( pronounced Andie) was very kind and hospitable. Dont let the surrounding neighborhood mislead you. Peace and quiet all around.”

”This location charge me 30 per day for amenities fee, that includes 15 in foods ay the hotel and 2 tickets for Riverboat ride, It was obligatory not as an option, I was in a conference and didn’t have the time for the Riverboat ride. I had done that several times before. Disappointed”
