”Great place”

”Wonderful!”

”The location was the best and the host very helpful.”

”I'll start with PROs:- Spacious 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment with kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and some basics (oil, vinegar, salt) and coffee with pods. - Great location in old Nice - few blocks from the Cathedral and the beach- Washing machine (no dryer)- AC- TV with streaming services you can hook up to (if you have an account)- All room renovated, tall ceilings, windows that open up to the street- Close to tram line- Good valueCONs:- Very noisy at night from restaurants below (even on...

”The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.”

”The studio was perfect for a quick get away in old Nice!”

The hearts on the cement columns were barely visible so we had to double check that we found the right place. The lockbox wasnt obvious despite the picture. It would be helpful to put lift up white cover on the photo posted. Please advise people that there are 10 flights of stairs..92 steps in total as it was very hard to get luggage...

So even grabbing a coffee and croissant, I was out of breath by the time I got to enjoy it! Also, know that in the shower, ONLY the handheld shower wand functions, there is no overhead shower head. But whatever, that's a small price to play for staying where we...

”Au coeur de la vieille ville, proche du marché, de la côte, appartement donnant sur une cour calme face au clocher de l'église qui nous fait profiter chaque jour de l'angélus.”
