”We came into town for a few days to visit friends. This was a perfect place. The home was clean and very inviting! Quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cooking ware you may need. You will not regret staying here. We loved the photo album of how the home was built! ”

”We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There are some very good restaurants nearby and it is close to the Castleton campus. We also enjoyed some snowshoeing and mountain biking at Slate Valley Trails. ”

The kitchen is well-appointed, there are lots of nice touches around the place that made me feel at home, the setting is nice, the host was welcoming. I highly recommend this as a getaway. Would go back in a heartbeat!”

”The house was a bit old-fashioned, but spacious. There were issues with cleanliness and attention to detail, and the apparent lack of effort and investment was quite a disappointment. If the house were better cared for, and if some effort were put into a couple of improvements, it could’ve been a comfortable stay, but cleanliness and attention to basic necessities should be met at minimum for a place that you’ll be sleeping or showering.”
