”Great big clean room. Very good bed. Restaurants near the hotel were surprisingly good! (Thai and Breakfast) Close to the harbor where we saw sea otters and other animals. ”

”We absolutely loved the location right by our favorite Marina State Beach! We could have spent hours on that beautiful, long, clean stretch of sand listening to the crashing waves. Our room itself was wonderful too. Just a tiny heads-up: the hotel provides bar soap instead of body wash gel, which was a little inconvenient for us, and breakfast was just okay. The only real bump in our stay was that our neighbors were quite loud late at night. Hearing voices and laughing late into the evening made...

”Our room was situated where our balcony was in direct sight of the family hot tub, the guest at the tub could directly see into our room. We had to keep our shades closed the while we stayed. The should have reflective glass to correct this issue. The hotel was excellent, the room was not.”

”Room size was awesome! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Property was mostly well maintained, but dated. The little things matter. I liked that the garbage cans had actual trash liners in them, a rarity at hotels these days. The safe didn't work, the bathroom lights were weak, and the ceiling lights weren't straight (they worked fine, but they weren't aligned, which really isn't all that important but I noticed). We stayed 2 nights. The egg option on one morning was a cheese omelet and...

”We stayed there two nights during our roadtrip. The hotel was quite nice. We had to be in contact to the hotel beforehand several times, since the reception closes already at 5pm. The rooms were spacious but a bit worn out, our friends bathroom door was stucked, but luckily the staff was still there when it happened. There was an odd moldy odour in the room. Otherwise the location was good, near the ocean and Monterey and the center of Pacific Grove can be easily reached by bus or by car. ”
