”The property uses great pictures online. Once you arrive its a dirty area, hallways smell like cigarettes since some rooms are allowed smoking. I wouldn't book again.”

”This place was absolutely disgusting. Very sketchy hotel. They make it look so much better than online than it actually is. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower looked nasty. We ended up not staying here due to how gross and also unsafe the area is they also would not give us a refund in reality they should have because of false advertising. There is a big reason why these are prices cheaper because this place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE. Also...

”breakfast great room was clean staff was very help like that mall patrons can't get up to the rooms made up for the parking which you have to share with mall patrons”

”Hieno sijainti, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä aamiainen! Huone siisti joskin hieman meluinen (kadun puoli). Ravintola fantastinen, mutta pöytävaraus tehtävä ajoissa. Sopivan kokoinen. Great hotel, super friendly service! Valet parking, amazing restaurant, clean rooms. Hip bar.”

”Good jawn”

”Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay.”

”We have stayed at the Edge before and like it for the quiet and convenient location for our needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it.”

”WARNING: This hotel sits right next to and above a laundromat. The chemical smell from the laundromat was so strong I felt sick as soon as we walked in. The staff did try to help by offering a room change, but even the farthest room still had a strong chemical odor. Also, beware the advertised perks. The hotel restaurant was not open and there didn’t appear to be another one nearby. They also advertise themselves as an “airport hotel” but are a solid 20 min Uber ride from LGA.”

”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. There is clean fridge and microwave. The 2-queen bedroom was spacious. The breakfast was decent with good pastries, warm eggs, and a good offering of diverse beverages. We were impressed that they gave 24hs access to the breakfast area and access to hot drinks like hot chocolate and tea. We were able to sit there after dinner and share tea with colleagues before going to bed. It was also great that police...
