Henkilökunta on huikean ystävällistä ja auttavaista, aivan poikkeuksellisen ihanaa. Sijainti uskomaton, suora näkymä Vesuviukselle. Juuri sopivasti kauempana Sorrenton ydinkeskustasta.

A lovely hotel, very clean, colourful and calming. The spa and thermal pool are wonderful and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the tree topped hillside. The staff are the really impressive part of the stay however, incredibly nice and smiley, helpful and understanding. The only possible drawback would be its location if you plan on moving around the island a lot, as it’s elevated on the hillside. I didn’t mind this at all though, and the shuttle service helped a lot.

Quite an ok hotel, but the rooms were dark as the windows were small and on the top. All the noise from other rooms and outside could be heard easily into the rooms. The area was quite nice and the swimming pool was a nice plus for the place. The breakfast was quite good and the service was excellent. The wine tasting was a bit disappointing, because the food served with it was minimal and thus the whole thing left a taste of money.
