”Reservé este hotel a través de Expedia porque se anunciaba como pet friendly. Viajamos con nuestro perro y hasta pagamos el cargo adicional para hospedarlo, esperando poder disfrutar tranquilamente de nuestra estancia. La realidad fue completamente diferente. No nos permitieron estar con él en varias áreas y, cuando tuvimos que dejarlo solo en la habitación, comenzó a llorar por ansiedad. En lugar de ofrecer alguna alternativa o apoyo, terminamos sintiéndonos incómodos y prácticamente obligados...

”Continental breakfast is very small (pancake maker, cereal, bagels, yogurt, oat meal packets, and fruit is the only options) hotel has an odd smell to it, including the hotel rooms. When spending 1 full day in the hotel, all of our items felt damp and wet. rooms were clean otherwise.”

”Two strange man came into my room when my daughter was alone. Luckily they just seemed to be in the wrong room and didn’t take anything or harm her but when I tried to speak to the staff I was blown off. I will never trust another best western hotel again.”

”We stay here when we visit family very nice and clean the pool area needed some attention but the property is clean and maintained. The staff was friendly nice to have hot tea when I wanted to and or coffee. Will say breakfast is cold some yogurt, whole cereal juices they do have a pancake machine, but it’s sent out of order and they do have a toaster to cook bagels or sliced toast, but that’s about it for breakfast options. ”The resort setting is beautiful with gorgeous cypress trees and wildlife everywhere. The facilities have been renovated but still has a classic old Florida feel. The golf course is nice and reasonably priced. The tennis instructors were great especially Warren! Thank you for the input and fun!!”

”While they advertise "free wifi" there is a catch... you have to sign up for their loyalty program to use it. I have no desire to give my personal contact info to someone who is going to bombard me with spam (and probably sell it on) just to use the internet overnight. I would not stay here again for that alone I've never slept on a lumpier bed with incredibly noisy springs in my life.”
