”We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

”Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.”

”Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.”

”Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). ”House was everything as advertised. TV had all the apps. The pool was quiet and private. Wendy was great and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would rent it again for sure.”

”We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. ”I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on...

”This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!”

Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors.
