In the surroundings of San Casciano there are wonderful villas and castles, including Villa Bossi Pucci where Niccolò Machiavelli stayed during his exile. There are also numerous wineries and farms, and from these vineyards comes a quality wine, the Docg Chianti Colli Fiorentini. The house is located in a panoramic position and in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach areas of interest such as: Florence (44 min), Siena (58 min) and Pisa (1 hour).
