Once the center of religious life in the past, this historic residence has been completely restored, preserving all its architectural and historical features, and it continues to tell a fascinating story.

The Space:

Spacious and finished to a high standard, this historic residence is composed as follows: 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are doubles with private bathrooms, while the other four are divided into two family units, each with its own bathroom. The basic sleeping capacity is 16, but there is the possibility to set up two single beds in one of the rooms, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 18 people.

Guest Access:

Inside the property, you will find a large living room with a capacity of 20 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy extensive green spaces, a panoramic terrace overlooking the Chianti hills, an outdoor dining area for lunch and dinner, a relaxation area, a solarium, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi that are open seasonally from May to October.

Other Things to Note:

A well-maintained private gravel road of about 1 km leads to the property. A well-kept dirt road in the countryside, approximately 1 km long, leads to the villa. A personal car is necessary to reach the property, as it is located in the open countryside, not connected by public transportation, allowing you to move freely in the area.
