Dear Mr. Cabras,First of all we thank you for choosing to stay with us.The wedding event had been organized by a hotel near us that booked various rooms but you were not on the list. Until your arrival we unfortunately did not know the reason for your stay as nobody had informed us.From the first moment of your arrival you have requested several services that our hotel does not offer. We tried to help you right away. The first request was the shuttle service. Your lady was disappointed because nothing was arranged by our villa to go to the other hotel. To be able to answer with confidence I immediately called the reception of the other hotel to find out what they knew about this service and unfortunately they confirmed that the bride and groom did not provide anything for the guests. In a short time my colleague arranged taxis for you for the required days and hours. Your second request was the laundry. We informed you that the hotel does not offer this service. When your lady in a not-so-kind tone asked how she could arrange the wedding clothes, we told her we could give you an iron when needed. On the morning of the wedding you came to the reception, it was a little over 8 a.m. asking for the iron.I told you that unfortunately, both irons we have in the hotel were still in the rooms, as other wedding guests had asked for the evening before they could iron their clothes before going out for the pre-wedding dinner.At that point your wife began to argue that she had reserved the iron. I explained to her that in the hotel we have 24 rooms and only 2 irons as it is not a service that is often requested.Your lady kept insisting in an angry way that I have to immediately call the rooms where the irons were and have them returned to the front desk.I had replied that I am sorry but at this time I cannot wake up other customers, but around 9 a.m. I will call right away and as soon as I get an iron back we will bring it to your room immediately.And I had done so. The guests in one room even got angry because they were still sleeping because they came back late from the pre-wedding dinner. Unfortunately, after half an hour, none of the irons had been returned, so I had asked the housekeeper if there was still the iron that previous customers had broken some time ago.The housekeeper found the broken iron still working. I called you to the room to tell you about it, and that the girl would bring it to you right away together with the board.Shortly after the iron was delivered to you, you left and did not return for several hours. In the meantime other wedding guests asked us for irons for the same reasons but we did not want to take the iron also from your room without your permission.When you called reception the afternoon before going to the wedding to hear if everything was ok with your taxi, my colleague (lady with long dark hair) politely asked if you could either bring the iron and board back to reception or leave them outside at the door
