SUMMARY
Enjoy your San Diego vacation in this charming & beachy 3 Level + Sky Deck 4br+3.5ba House (no shared walls!) just steps to the Ocean and 1 block from the Bay in the neighborhood of North Mission Beach. This high end home features 360* Ocean & Bay Views from the top floor Sky Deck with firepit and BBQ, a cozy interior space that seamlessly flows into 4 separate outdoor spaces, quartz counters, A/C, and is just a short walk to local dining. Sleeps 10 (8 adults max).
GROUND LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1 Patio)
The front of the home has a nice sitting area and front door that leads to the main living area… a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. The living room has a new sofa, Smart TV, & easy access to the dining room with seating for 8 as well as our galley style kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features sleek quartz counters, glass tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances & bar seating for 2. Just off the living room is a half bath.
SECOND LEVEL (2Br's + 2Ba's + 1 Patio)
Stairs will lead you to the second level that features our spacious master retreat. This private area boasts a Queen size bed, spacious closet, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with quartz dual vanity sinks & a tub/shower combo. There is also your very own peek-a-boo ocean view patio which features a sitting bench, 4 barstools at the counter and a large open air tanning bed.
There is 1 additional bedroom on this level, featuring a King sized bed & Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a quartz sink and tiled step in surround shower, as well as a washer/dryer further down the hallway.
THIRD LEVEL (2Br + 1Ba + 1 Patio)
A second flight of stairs will lead you to the bright and sunny bedrooms. Br#3 features a Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed with Smart TV. There is an ocean view patio to let the breeze in off of this fun sleeping space. Br#4 features a Twin over Full bunk bed and Smart TV. The hallway bath features Quartz counter and tiled tub/shower combo.
FOURTH LEVEL (Sky Deck with Ocean + Bay + City views)
A third flight of stairs will lead you to the light & bright Sky Level Deck, the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun & beautiful 360* Ocean & Bay views! Plenty of seating, BBQ and an ideal gas fire pit fill our favorite rooftop space, encouraging you to stay right here for Sunset Views!

There is a 1 car garage + 1 compact carport space with easy access into the home. Approximate dimensions 6.5'H x 7.5'W x 18'D. Additional overnight street parking is permitted at no fee.

• HIT THE BEACH! We are conveniently located in the heart of North Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.
• SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
