TÀmÀ ihastuttava yksi makuuhuone (jossa on lisÀksi vuodesohva) on yksi korkeimmista Mission Beachin rakennuksista, joissa on upeat nÀkymÀt. Ikkunoiden seinÀstÀ nÀkyy aina etelÀÀn keskustaan, pohjoiseen La Jolle, lÀnteen Tyynenmeren alueelle ja itÀÀn Mission Bay.

Hetki, ettÀ kun astuu ovesta sisÀÀn, olet ympÀröi tunne rentoutumista ja rauhallinen. Valoisa uudet huonekalut ja iloinen sisustus tekevÀt siitÀ helppoa hypÀtÀ "tunnelmallesi", ja se, ettÀ olet vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ Mission Beach Boardwalkista kilometreillÀ hiekkaa ja merta, tuovat tuon tunteen todellisuuteen!

Mission Beach, Beachwalk, Mission Bay, ravintolat, kaupat, Belmont Park (jossa se on vuoristorata ja aaltokoneella) ovat vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. Sea World on viiden minuutin ajomatkan aikana SAN DIEGO ZOO, Balboa Park, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO kanssa se GAS LAMP aluetta sekÀ vanhaa kaupunkia sijaitsevat 15-20 minuutin ajomatkan!



SeinÀn ikkunoista ja terassi pois aurinkoinen olohuone katsoa ulos Tyynellemerelle oikealla ja Mission Bay vasemmalla. Kun nÀkymÀt Downtown San Diego horisonttiin ja Sea World ilotulitus (iltaisin kesÀllÀ ... viikonloppuisin ympÀri vuoden!). NÀet kilometrikaupalla kun istut terassilla aamukahvia.

Jos vaadit työtÀ tai pysyt ajan tasalla internetin kautta, tarjoamme erittÀin nopean WiFi-palvelun. Ja myös muita urheilukanavia nauttimiseen ... kun et ole rannalla!

KeittiössÀ on uusia ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistettuja laitteita, kuten mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja roskakorit. Tuokaa vain ruokaa, koska kaikki muu tarjotaan! Kaikki tÀmÀ ympÀröivÀt kauniit marmorilaskurit ja lattiat.

Erityisen varovainen on tarjota mukavin sĂ€nky (patja korvattiin Ă€skettĂ€in 4000 dollarin ylellisellĂ€ patjalla, joka nukkuu kuin taivas!) alas tyynyt ja peitot. The security here is great as is the large garage space. We were never able to use the laundry facilities as they are shared and always in use. There is a laundromat across the street however. The condo is great except for the loud window air conditioner right next to the bed. Thankfully there were ear plugs in the drawer. The view from the balcony is great to view the sea world fireworks and downtown at night.

The owner and property manager are as delightful as can be. Somehow the directions to the place seemed more complicated than necessary. The pros: Vew and location to local sights, secured parking, access to beach, and restaurants. Had everything we needed. The cons: Traffic noise and traffic congestion, noise from late night guests in local outdoor restaurants, Loud fan from local restaurant that runs all day. Laundry is in the underground parking garage and requires money. Parking for our SUV was challenging as the space was tight and required parallel parking. The carpet could use a cleaning. This unit best suited for a younger demographic.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed or stay. The location is terrific. The pictures show what the unit is like. 1/2 block to the ocean front boardwalk and about 3 blocks to the Mission Bay boardwalk. Beautiful view from the patio and a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails. The only cons we had was no fan over the stove and so beacause we cooked a lot the smoke alarm would go off. The elevator was broken for our first few days which made it awkward to get all our stuff up to the unit. We also had trouble with the one lock to enter the garage from the stairwell and I would suggest they try to eliminate having to use a key there. It was concerning for us as we are seniors and in an emergency it might be difficult to get out of the building. Having a secured parking spot is definitely a bonus as even though we did not use our vehicle much we drove from Canada and were glad to have a place to park.The

Condo was great for a 4-night stay. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. And it was nice to have a secure building with a dedicated parking space. Communication with property manager was good also.

We loved this condo. It had everything! The town was pleasant. We enjoyed morning walks, steps away from dining, the beach. Katherine was a great host. The check-in tour she gave us was necessary in order to grasp the ins & outs of accessing the condo, the building is old and not digitized/modernized. You need a physical key to access everything. You need a key to access the stairs, to access the doors inside the stairwell, you need the key to also access the elevator and to access the garage, and to access the showers outside to rinse off all the sand before you enter the building. And you need a separate key to access the condo/unit. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the building/property management, digital keypads would really be an upgrade. Parking on site was a huge lifesaver!!! If you are sensitive to noise, I would bring earplugs. We were well aware that there was no central air, and sleeping with the windows open allowed better airflow. However, you can hear motorcycles, other traffic. Also, running AC units on the ceilings of nearby buildings. The bedroom does have a window unit for Air Conditioning which helps drown the noise, and it did get pretty cold. And there are two tower fans in the living room. This town was very pleasant. My husband and I felt very safe walking around at night with our 4 year old. The condo had everything you needed to take down to the beach. And we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. I would stay here again.

Mission Beach Apt on Redondo Drive

Dearest Sandi, your beach apt was just so Lovely, and my husband and I truly loved it and enjoyed it so very much. So nice that it was by the bike rentals, Mission Cafe, Moe's Steak Restaurant, Guava Bar, Olive Cafe, and Molly's Healthy Cafe. Loved the perfect location and the beach area is always such a perfect spot. Everything about the beach apt was great with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, plus the bed was perfect, my goodness it was so perfect. First time ever for us in getting a perfect bed to sleep in, so that truly was an extra plus. The Living Room was nice, too, and so comfortable. I will have to say that we were definitely Lucky in finding this great beach apt.. Once again, thank you so much Sandi and Kathryn for all the help you gave us for our Mission Beach stay that was so very nice and enjoyable. Hopefully, we can book it for next year as well. Love the location

We’ve stayed in this building maybe a dozen times in different units. This unit is one of the nicest. Things we like - proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and the a/c in the master was great during a SD heatwave. Things we don’t like - being on the top floor, the noise from nearby rooftop industrial fans is loud and non-stop. We’re sensitive to noise so this was a big negative.

Great Location & Views

We loved the location of the condo. It had great views from the balcony of the bay & the beach. Quiet condo complex and clean. Parking here for this unit is parallel parking in a tight garage so for a SUV it was a little difficult-I'm not the best at parallel parking. The pictures online are pretty similar to the unit. There isn't much space to put food in the kitchen, so we just kept it on the counter. To access the bathroom you have to go through the master bedroom, which was fine for us as we were with our kids. The beach and bay were super close. The outside water to rinse off was nice. I didn't realize they had beach equipment in the unit to use. We brought our own. But they had umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and I believe sand toys. Very helpful owner & property manager too. We arrive super late and they gave us the info to check in ourselves which was super accurate. thanks for a great place!!!

Great Location

This condo is in the most perfect location. Far enough from the noise but not too far to walk to the fun. The beach is literally "right there!" There are gread holes in the wall for drinking and dining. The condo has everything you need for yourhome-away-from-home experience. And the towels.are so.soft! I want to know what they use in the laundry. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the watered-down soaps in the bathroom. I used more than twice as much so its not really saving money in the end.

Great location!

The ocean is a very short block one way and the bay Just a tiny bit further the other way. The view is beautiful! The place itself is cute but it is also pretty small ifyou have more than a couple people it. May be pretty snug however we did not soend much time in there

Wonderful South CA getaway

The property was amazing. Great location right off the beach. This property has everything you could want out of a beach area. The host was great and very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

Amazing host

Host was very accommodating to our schedule and extremely informative on check in and check out instructions. Not a whole lot of check out instructions which made our stay very relaxing. Condo was nicely located, near the beach and was nice and quiet. Will definitely be rebooking for our next trip down to San Diego

We come every year and the location and property is perfect for our little family! Unit was clean, has everything you could need, and easy walk to the beach. We'd stay again for sure!

Great communication and a wonderful location just a few feet from the beach and by all the best restaurants
Moe’s Steakhouse (their Butter Cake is fab), Molly’s (best Shakshuka we’ve ever had for breakfast), Better Buzz Coffee and Miss B’s Coconut Club. It had all the amenities that we needed!

Great family get away

The condo was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach and activities. It was a perfect place for a family get away. Katherine, the host, was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is the second time we have stayed here. Again we were not disappointed. The space is very clean and has everything you would need for a beach vacation getaway. Both the owner and property manager were communicative and very pleasant. We will be back for sure!
