”You can tell it’s been a nice establishment, but is now showing signs of age everywhere. Room was small, carpets dirty and musty. Beds were worn down and lumpy. Good for a single night’s stay, but desperately needs a thorough makeover.”

”The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable.”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”
