Here you can stretch out on the comfy chaise lounge and enjoy a movie or binge watch an entire season on the large 65” Smart TV, which comes with access to streaming apps for your entertainment.



Step through into the charming kitchen that comes fully stocked and ready for your culinary prowess with stainless steel appliances, quality cookware, dinnerware and plenty of utensils that will have you cooking up a storm.



Start your day with a cup of coffee at the stylish dining table that sits within the open concept living space. You’ll also have access to free WiFi, so you can easily stay connected or catch up on work.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, access to streaming apps on the 65” TV and full use of the in unit washing machine and dryer with complimentary detergent.



You’ll also have access to child and baby amenities including a highchair and a pack ‘n play cot.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located within Bankers Hill, a charming neighborhood in San Diego located just north of downtown where you can walk to James coffee bar for your morning coffee fix or head to Wolfie’s for a drink after dark all within half a mile from the apartment – and with all the flavors of Little Italy an easy walk away, you’ll be wining and dining each night in style.



On a sunny San Diego day, take the scenic Maple Canyon Trail just steps from your door which leads you to the beautiful Balboa Park filled with numerous museums, gardens, and attractions, including the world-renowned San Diego Zoo. The Maritime Museum of San Diego is another must see stop on your trip where you can explore historic ships and learn about the region's maritime history.



Those interested in San Diego's early history should visit Old Town San Diego, a historic neighborhood that celebrates the city's early days with many historic buildings, museums, and restaurants. Then stop into the USS Midway Museum, a must-see attraction. The museum is located on a retired aircraft carrier and offers visitors a glimpse into the lives of sailors serving on the ship.



Nearby Gaslamp Quarter is another popular destination known for its nightlife, restaurants, and shopping and just a short distance from Bankers Hill is Little Italy, a vibrant neighborhood with a lively atmosphere. Guests can enjoy strolling through the streets, stopping at cafes and boutique shops, and trying the delicious Italian cuisine.



Walk to the Piazza della Famiglia, a central gathering point in Little Italy with 10,000-square-foot connecting India and Columbia streets that features a dramatic tiled fountain. Enjoy an afternoon stroll across the cobblestone street while relaxing before dinner.



Just steps from the plaza, savor the flavors of Italy in the Little Italy Food Hall. This new social dining concept offers six locally driven food stations and a full bar with local beers and craft cocktails.



You’ll find delicious eats along Kettner Boulevard with distinctive eateries including Juniper & Ivy, Cloak & Petal, Born and Raised, The Crack Shack, Herb & Wood and Kettner Exchange. India Street is lined with restaurants featuring cuisines of both Southern and Northern Italy, including the classic Filippi's Pizza Grotto, featuring an old-fashioned Italian dining experience.



Little Italy also features some great local boutiques including Rosamariposa, Vocabulary Boutique, and Stroll where you can find fun women’s fashions and handmade local items, and the NoLi Art & Design District which encompasses a group of retail shops, design stores and art galleries. Klassic and Architectural Salvage are both worth a visit for home goods and unusual finds.



Each Saturday from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM, several blocks of Little Italy are shut down for the weekly Little Italy Mercato—a dynamic farmers market where locals shop for fresh produce along with gourmet goods, flowers, crafts and ready-made foods.



Finally, Coronado Island is a short distance across the bay from downtown San Diego and is home to the famous Hotel del Coronado. The island is known for its beautiful beaches, charming streets, and stunning views of the San Diego skyline. Getting Around:

The best way to get around is on foot with Little Italy and the scenic Maple Canyon Trail all right on your doorstep.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This icon is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles of the city.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

Please note that this is an upstairs apartment with two flights of stairs that you must climb to get to the entrance. There is also no parking included with your stay, however there is street parking available around the apt. This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home! This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
