PLEASE don't be fooled by high star ratings; that's how I made the mistake of booking here. I booked two rooms, and one of the rooms had clearly been affected by water damage for a while, as evidenced by the bubbling and water LEAKING from the ceiling in the shower. As if that's not enough, the shower head kept falling off. I only stayed for one night, and by the time I was in the shower, I didn't want to get out and change rooms, so I had to just stick it out. The night was also terrible because you could hear a lot of the street noise, and the AC unit on the window was very loud. Also, the service was terrible. No empathy and no resolution. My father was reasonably upset, and I will say he raised his voice, but was not insulting at all (he doesn't use foul language and did call anyone any names), when complaining about the situation. The employee told him to "stop being ridiculous" to which I responded "what is ridiculous is that you assigned us a room with water damage." They have not taken any action for us; they said they would refund the $50 parking fee and that a manager would call me, neither of which has happened. I contacted Expedia, and within a few days, they informed me that the manager had declined my refund request for that room. You are literally paying for a place to sleep and shower, and neither of those needs was adequately met. I cannot believe the negligence to even allow that room to be booked! That damage had been there for days!
