Heaven on Earth with two houses and two pools!

This home does NOT allow children between the ages of 6 months-3 years under any circumstances. Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. If these conditions cannot be met, we invite you to browse through our inventory for alternative accommodations that do not have a pool.

With two distinct homes, two inviting pools, five bedrooms, and vast outdoor spaces, this exquisite property is a haven that beautifully balances modern luxury with the serenity of nature. The first home, a thoughtfully designed masterpiece, features 4 spacious bedrooms positioned to provide privacy and beautiful views of the surroundings. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and an oversized island. Adjacent to the main home, the guest residence offers its own unique charm and character. This separate dwelling features an open floor plan that integrates the living and kitchen areas, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. With one bedroom upstairs on its own level, this guest home is perfect for accommodating extended family or visiting friends, ensuring everyone experiences ultimate comfort and style. This property's remarkable outdoor space is a true paradise for relaxation and entertainment!

PROPERTY RULES
- MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10
- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $75 fee per night, per dog. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs, no cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the driveway of both houses, on the front door of the main house, and on the side area of the little house
- Property landscapers are onsite daily.
- There are stairs throughout both properties.
- The pools are not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty.
- The main house is where the hot tub is located and it is built into the pool.
- The guest house has a narrow, spiral staircase between both levels and there is no bedroom door.
- Fireplaces are to not be used.
- The upstairs level in the guest house has real wood flooring. It has been sanded and painted.
- Kindly note that the bottom level of the guest house features polished concrete flooring which, while meticulously cleaned, might feel cooler and retain a unique texture. We suggest bringing along cozy socks or slippers for added comfort during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Property was as advertised. Spacious inside and out, comfortable, clean, good quality, nice layout, everything well thought out, quiet, easy to get around North County and just a hop to areas closer to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
