First off, Jay is an excellent host, communicated great and was always there for questions!! We stayed an entire week, Thursday to the following Friday.Second, the location of the condo is great, literally steps from the boardwalk and ocean. We spent our mornings walking both directions on the boardwalk. The Inlet side of the island is also very nice to walk. Great food within walking distance or even a quick drive.We rented a car and it was a blessing to have a dedicated parking spot at the condo vs fighting for a public spot, a huge PLUS! Two great grocery stores are an 8min drive, heck, Ralphs (a Kroger brand for you midwest folk) is a 20min walk, if you want to carry your bags.The location is VERY central to everything, La Joya to the north and Coronodo to the south; literally a 20min drive to anything.The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook and drink; plates, glasses, pans, pots, sliverware.... The unit is clean and nice. He does have a portable AC unit for warm days. Being on the second floor, we slept with the doorwall opened, it was just lovely!!Highly recommend Jay and his condo.

We created unforgettable memories with our family during this trip. It was a dream come true to enjoy a relaxing vacation right in front of the beach, something we had always wanted. The interior of the home was clean, comfortable, and perfect in every way. Jay was kind and helpful throughout our stay.Our family are true coffee lovers, and we loved that there were excellent cafés within walking distance, as well as fantastic restaurants from breakfast to dinner.This is a wonderful condo that we would highly recommend to everyone.

This beach apt unit was fantasticly nice n convenient in every way. It was very clean, great fixtures, nice kitchen, plenty of plates, cups. Glasses, n silverware, too. Jay the Host was great too, n helped us with our questions. We were able to walk to the restaurants nearby n nice ones too. All n all this unit is perfect in every which way n we were so lucky to gave found it. Thanks so much Jay it was great

Jays place is amazing. Location is key! If you use your phone or car GPS to arrive you may be a little challenged as it leaves you on the Strand and tells you “you have arrived” which is a bit unclear. Pull up a bit further and turn left down Redondo as that is the street you need to be on. Jay provided detailed photos and check in-out instructions and was extremely attentive. Remote control toilet with seat warmer was much enjoyed by our group as was the shower. Place is small but also advertised as such. 3 of us were fine! Four probably would be fine as well if prepared. Can’t sing enough praises about this clean and trendy condo! Sooooo many things within walking distance too, including a Better Buzz!

Excellent place to stay in mission

The condo is exactly how it lays out online. It's nicely updated. The building is old but that's expected in Mission Beach. There's a lot to walk to. Parking is nice to have. I definitely recommend it for 1-2 people.

This place is exactly as described. The beach is a short walk. It was nice to have covered parking. The host gave great directions on everting making the stay easy. The home is very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great Location!!!

we stayed over Labor Day weekend for three nights. The location of the property was great steps from either Mission Bay or Mission Beach. Restaurants are close by and there is a minimart right in front of the property Building. Better Buzz coffee shop right across the street and a steakhouse right in front of us. The property was remodeled kitchen living room bathroom all nice has a great balcony. Check in process was fairly smooth. Just had to navigate through getting the keys from the lockbox and opening the parking garage door. Jay was very responsive had great instructions that were very detailed as far as check-in process and any other details with the property and the area. We had a great time staying here and would stay again.

Perfect Place & Location

My wife and I stayed 3 nights to help our son move at SDSU. Check-in was smooth and well thought out. I had a question when we arrived and Jay answered the call and straightened us out. Great restaurants next door plus a reasonably priced convenience/liquor store. The bathroom toilet and shower might be the best on Vrbo. My wife was delighted with the Waterford wine glasses and the nice big secure garage big enough to accommodate large vehicles was a bonus!

Came here to stay for the weekend in San Diego and had the best experience! The host was super helpful and the house was beautiful and in the perfect location. Right near the beach and Belmont park, also recommend trying the restaurant Mos. Thank you Jay for everything we will be back!

Perfect getaway

My wife and I badly needed some time away. This place was the perfect spot to relax very clean well put together having the restaurant downstairs was a big bonus. The only issue was occasionally the elevator stopped working communication was excellent, and it is literally steps away from the beach.
