Highly Populated & High-Traffic Beachfront Area — This property is located directly in front of the beach in a very popular, densely populated section of central Pacific Beach, right along Ocean Blvd and the Mission Beach Boardwalk extension. Being oceanfront means constant high foot traffic on the boardwalk and beach path directly in front of and around the home—day and night—with people walking, biking, jogging, and enjoying the sand. The vibrant Pacific Beach nightlife is nearby, with many bars and venues on Garnet Avenue and surrounding streets staying open until 2:00 AM on weekends (and sometimes later crowds lingering). This creates an energetic, lively atmosphere that includes potential noise from passersby, music, conversations, and late-night activity. If you're seeking a quiet, secluded retreat, this central PB location may not be the best fit—please do your own research on the area's vibe (e.g., boardwalk energy, nightlife proximity) to confirm it aligns with your expectations.
