✔ Up to 2 small dogs (no cats) are welcome per stay.
✔ A $500 refundable pet deposit is required for guests bringing pets.
✔ Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a pet so we can confirm arrangements in advance. Pets that are not disclosed prior to arrival may not be permitted.

✔ Important Booking Details & Helpful Notes

Guest Requirements
For insurance reasons, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must upload a photo of a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Thank you for understanding — this helps us keep everyone protected.

✔ Children Are Welcome

We love hosting families! Children of all ages — including infants — are welcome, and all guests must be included in your total guest count.

We’re happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

✔ Jacuzzi Use

The property features a private jacuzzi for guest enjoyment.

• Please rinse off sand and sunscreen before entering
• Jacuzzi hours are 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM

If excessive sand is found after your stay, a $100 fee may apply to drain and clean the jacuzzi. Thank you for helping us keep it enjoyable for everyone.

✔ Cleaning During Your Stay

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. If you’d like an additional cleaning or linen change during your visit, we’re happy to arrange this for an added fee equal to the standard cleaning cost.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can schedule the housekeeper.
