House rules
* No party or large gathering of any kind. No loud music or noise in outdoor area. This is a very quiet residential community. We do not want to be a nuisance to the neighbors. Guests will be evicted if they violate house rules or engage in disruptive behavior.

* Quiet hours are after 9pm. Noise can be heard by all surrounding houses. Our pool area is close to a bedroom in neighbor's house so please be considerate when use the pool.

* No extra guest. Unauthorized visitors are prohibited.

* NO SMOKING.

* Pet Policy

Dogs may be permitted only with prior approval. We require the following information for each dog:

* Breed or breed mix
* Age
* Weight
* Number of dogs

For the comfort of future guests and to protect our home, we are generally unable to accommodate multiple dogs, heavy-shedding breeds, or dogs that will be left unattended in the home.

Approved dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and kept off the furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage or additional cleaning required.

* TV is in living room with streaming services only.
* House has a lot of stairs inside and outside. Not recommended for guests with health conditions or impairments.
* Narrow streets in the neighborhood.

* House has a unsecured swimming pool. Not suitable for children.

* Gardening/pool/pest control services may visit the yard during stay.
