Very friendly staff and a convenient location. The hotel is close to the highway, which makes it easy to access, though the traffic noise is noticeable in the rooms, especially early in the morning and late at night.
The main issue during my stay was cleanliness. When I went to take a shower on the first night, there was hair left in the bathtub. It was very late, so I cleaned it myself rather than calling staff. We also opened the sofa bed and found used tissues and chocolate wrappers inside, which was disappointing. There were also visible stains on the couch.
In addition, the toilet was barely flushing and eventually clogged during the stay, which required staff to come and fix it. Overall, the staff were kind and helpful, but the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. With better attention to housekeeping and room preparation, this could be a much better experience.
