Tämä on hieno paikka nauttia ulkona Kalifornian elämäntapa! "Mandie's" on kaunis trooppinen takapiha, jossa uima-allas ja poreallas, kaasugrilli, pöytä ja tuolit sekä oleskelualueet auringossa tai varjossa. Suuri puinen pergola on paikka, jonka haluat viettää joka ilta viihtyisällä ulkona sijaitsevalla oleskelutilalla, jossa on lastulasinen kaasulämmitin, 42 tuuman televisio ja stereojärjestelmä, jossa on Bluetooth-kaiuttimet. Olemme ylpeitä voidessamme tarjota tämän äskettäin uusitun kodin uusimpana lisäyksenä Nancy's Vacation Rentalsin käsin valitsemalle San Diegon loma-asuntojen listalle. Se on 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy yhden perheen koti on keskeinen AC (harvinainen San Diegon ranta-alueella!) ja on rauhallisella asuinalueella Tyynenmeren rannan yläpuolella sijaitsevilla kukkuloilla, lähellä Kate Sessions -puistoa.

Talo on asetettu taakse kadulle nurmikolla aidatulla pihalla, jossa lapset ja koirat voivat turvallisesti leikkiä. Tule tilavaan ja avoimeen oleskeluun holvatulla puulla katolla ja mukavilla istuimilla koko perheelle. Katso elokuvia, TV: tä tai nauti suosikkiurheilujoukkueestasi 65 tuuman taulutelevisiossa (HBO, premium-kanavat ja Directv NFL Sunday -lippu ja Red Zone.) Suuri U-muotoinen sohva, johon istuu helposti 8, on myös kuningatar-vuodesohva päivitetyllä muistivaahtomuovalla. Suoraan olohuoneesta on ruokailutila, johon mahtuu kuusi. Lastulasinen kaasutakka antaa iloisen hehkua koko huoneeseen.

Ruokailutila johtaa täysin varustettuun keittiöön, jossa kaikki kotikokit valmistavat mielellään. Graniitti työtasot, huippuluokan ruostumattomat laitteet ja ruokakomero.

Olohuoneen toiselta puolelta eteinen johtaa kolmeen makuuhuoneeseen. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja TV ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi. Ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat takapihalle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja TV. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kerrossänky, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta, sekä TV ja ranskalaiset ovet uima-altaalle. Nämä kaksi makuuhuonetta jakaa toisen kylpyhuoneen, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Talon mukavuuksiin kuuluu 4 rantaristeilypolkupyörää, rantatuolit, boogie-levyt ja muut rantalelut. Ranta on lyhyen (1. 7 mailin) pyörämatkan päässä! Autotalli sisältää pysäköinnin kahdelle pienelle tai keskikokoiselle autolle sekä pesukone ja kuivaaja. Ylimääräisen tai suuremman ajoneuvon katupysäköinti on paljon. * Allaslämpö on lisäkustannus 29 dollaria per vuorokausi. Maksu on vastaanotettava, ennen kuin lämpö voidaan kytkeä päälle. Jos valitset uima-altaan lämmittämisen alle 48 tuntia ennen saapumista, vaaditaan ylimääräinen 30 dollaria uima-altaan lämmön hintaan 29 dollaria / päivä. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The location was perfect, the home was very clean, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area were definitely our favorite part of the property. The house did have a distinct smell, but it wasn’t strong enough to keep us from renting again. The only thing we missed was having a full-size mirror, which would have been nice. Overall, a great rental that we would happily return to!

Charming, relaxing home

Had a family reunion and we all enjoyed this house so much! Lots of space and the outdoor area is beautiful and relaxing. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. Had fun family bbqs. Beds were comfy and the house was clean. Management was responsive and check in/out was easy. It was hard to go back to reality.

Beautiful and well-kept property. Easy to understand access. Could be considered handicap accessible because I am in a wheelchair full-time and I was able to easily get into and out of property and the property was easy to move around in as well. We spent our Christmas Day there and it was lovely to feel "at home". Thank you

Wonderful oasis home!

This Pacific Beach area home was incredibly well stocked, with three nice bedrooms and a comfortable living room. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but a 4 minute drive to Trader Joe’s, Vons and CVS, and it’s walking distance to Kate Sessions park, which has a lovely overlook of San Diego. The garage easily fits a larger car and there is street parking available too. It has a nice washer and dryer. The back yard is essentially a pool and spa (we paid to have the pool heated-it’s worth it) and two sitting areas, one by the spa (with tv) and one by the pool with a gas grill and table. The pool area is private, surrounded by a fence and greenery. Two of the bedrooms have doors out to the pool area. The small front yard is grassy and fenced, so we could let our dog out. The home is also stocked with beach towels and beach toys. The kitchen had far more than the basics-a happy surprise. And a double oven-we never needed to use the lower one, but how convenient for a larger meal! We stayed with our two adult children and their partners and we were all comfortable. Plenty of room on the massive sectional to watch movies and football together. It’s a short drive to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach (for the dog beach) and 18 minutes to the airport. The hosts were very responsive to questions. We stayed for over a week and would happily stay here again!

This cute house was perfect for us! Our group had 4 adults and our 18 month old, so we had some room to spare. The pool and hot tub were great, the house was clean, check in was simple and everything was thoroughly explained. Close to Pacific Beach but far enough down the road for peace and quiet. Can’t wait to return!

In a quiet culdesac and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Close to shopping in PB. The house looks just like the photos but definitely needs some upgrades, furnishings and carpet need cleaning and many of the windows don't open. I had read in another review that it needed deep cleaning, they were right. Great having the pool area to hang out .

A True Gem

We absolutely loved this little home and the neighborhood. We walked to lunch, walked to PB, had guests over for a graduation brunch, had groceries delivered, swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, and wished we had more time there. We are admittedly, a bit particular, would have appreciated a solid deep clean prior to our arrival but again, that is a personal opinion. Would for sure stay here again, without hesitation. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and the location was super quiet in a welcoming little neighborhood. A BIG thank you to the rental agency, we needed an iron and they delivered a brand new one, in record time! Thank you!

Fun in the Sun

This house is Absolutely Beautiful, we loved the pool and hot tub as we had on the gas fireplace our Grandsons were in such awe of the outside space they could see the tv as they swam. Beds were comfy, House was immaculate, kitchen had everything we needed. Pacific beach was the perfect location we were close to Everything. Wonderful Spring Break Getaway!

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Nancy’s Vacation Rentals was easy to contact and answered all questions. The neighborhood is in a perfect location to explore North or South. Felt very safe! The pool and hot tub were perfect, loved that we were able to add heat. The kids swam every single day and night and so did the adults! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels and pool/beach toys available for use. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the homey decor. Overall, no complaints! We would stay here again.

Pool and Hot Tub make the rental!

The outdoor areas of this house are fantastic! The hot tub was amazing, and we used the fire pit area, hot tub, and grill during our stay almost every night. The location is in a nice residential area, and since we had a rental car the distance to activities was reasonable. There isn't much within an easy walk, so maybe not great for those looking to explore on foot. The house itself was adequate and had potential to be great. Surfaces and linens are clean, but house could use a deep clean (grout, inside cabinets, windows, doors, etc.). There was an "old house" smell in some areas, and when we pulled back the curtains on the patio door to let some light into the master bedroom to see if it helped the smell, there was quite a bit of mildew on the door grids and glass. It is well stocked for cooking, eating, and plenty of pool towels, but there are not a lot of extra bathroom towels (no big deal because there is a washer/dryer). We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (one extra roll for two bathrooms, plus partials on the holder). This is managed by a rental company, and much of their communication is by phone so if you aren't a phone call person - fair warning! They require a phone call along with a rental agreement, photo id, selfie in order to book - then called two to three other times for check-in and check-out information which was also texted and emailed. No big deal, but I HATE talking on the phone so it was a bit much. Overall, a fine stay and we enjoyed the amenities!
