Waypoint Cottage, one block from the beach!

Waypoint Cottage is a private, renovated, 1-bedroom home.... just one block to the sand! This air-conditioned unit is perfect for a couple getaway or working remotely in the SANDiego sunshine! Walking distance to all that the vibrant Ocean Beach (OB) community has to offer - restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, the OB Pier, and Sunset Cliffs! Off-street parking included.

The space:
Cozy cottage with private bedroom (queen size mattress) and bathroom. Living room couch is designed to double as a single sleeper. Simple, clean, bright, and fully-furnished with kitchenware and supplies.

The patio area in front of the unit is fully fenced, along with three neighboring cottages.

We have separate mini-split AC/heater units in the main living room and bedroom with individual adjustments.

Guest access:
There are four identical cottages on the property and each unit has a designated parking space in the alley behind the cottages. Depending on the size of other vehicles in the alley, parking can be tight … compact vehicles are recommended.

Other things to note:
Note: The entire OB neighborhood is under the airplane pathway so guests may experience some plane noise.
