”Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! Every staff member, whether it was the pool, The Gutter, or the Diner, were extremely helpful & genuinely nice people. 10/10 experience!”

”It was a pretty nice place but didn't really care for the location, it was kind of located in an industrial park.”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”Breakfast staff are prompt and helpful to provide a great breakfast. Property is next to Metro train station. Can be noisy.”

”Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!”

”Overall a really good experience. Staff was very nice. Rooms are smaller but clean and modern. It had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Outside looks a little out dated but inside is good. Location is perfect to get around. Overall good price. They had coffee made in the lobby so I went down every morning. I would stay there again.”

”I recently stayed here for a mini vacation and was satisfied with the location of the hotel. Being able to walk to Shelter Island and restaurants from the hotel was an important reason for booking here. I'll be sure to return again in the future, but will request a second floor room. The only slight with my stay was being on the first floor, hearing children constantly running or playing in the room upstairs. If you can get a room by the pool, do so because the parking lot is busy at all times...
