”It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine.”

However, The living room furniture was stained in spots, there was no britta or filtered water, and the coffee maker did not work as it leaked all over the counter when we attempted to use it the first day.
