”Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by!”

”The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.”

”I can’t say enough about this place! It was comfortable, especially the bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. And, the bathroom as well. The host responded right away when I had questions. I highly recommend staying here!”

”I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...
