”The guy at the front desk was pleasant. Near breakfast area there was crumbs and napkins on the floor since breakfast time and I checked in at 4pm. Rooms were nice but housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. Hair sheet, hair in shower and on the floors. Candy wrapper in corner of room, sunflower seed shells in corner of floor, room was very DUSTY! One of the light fixtures didn’t work and the room had an unpleasant odor like stinky socks! I asked the housekeeper for air...

”WiFi didn’t work. Phones didn’t work. Unless I was missing something, nothing wasn’t going well as aspected.”

”Nice clean property, our room had a cook top, dishes, silverware, knifes, utensils, coffee maker, coffee, garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. Sectional with a sofa sleeper. The shower had plenty of hot water.”

”We have stayed here several times in the past. Pros: conveniently located in Rancho Bernardo, clean property, cafe in hotel (please note it closes at 10am!), quiet. Cons: one elevator closing for repairs and busy due to many kids’ sport teams staying at hotel over the weekend- some times long waits for elevator; front desk staff only 1 person at times so when they walked away, had to wait a few minutes to be helped; and finally- please note there is a $15 per night charge to park in their lot!...

”We got to our room late and we were tired, we tried to go to sleep the. Refrigerator was extremely loud. The pipes sounded like there was constantly running water from the bathroom. The pillows get completely flat when you sleep on them, they we're absolutely horrible. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I seen that the headboard, which was the wood, had not noticed down. It had like greasy marks all over it. We showered and left.I was shocked that I had to pay thirty five dollars for...
