âFront desk was very nice and helpful when checking in. Room was clean and comfortable. We used airport shuttle service as well and it was so easy to use. â

âWe got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that!
Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm).
Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fishermanâs Wharf.
We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.â
