PROPERTY NOTES TO REMEMBER:
This recently remodeled flat is a bright ground floor unit with good natural light in the kitchen and living areas, opening directly to your private patio. We live on site and will be sharing the residential unit at the same time as our guests. While our home is a single shared residential unit (including shared access to the backyard, property grounds and trash areas), guests enjoy the exclusive use of their dedicated flat on the first level with its own private entrance and locks. Please note that due to the natural incline of the property, there are 5 steps down from the patio to the rear yard. Each bedroom is equipped with a high-end HEPA air purifier and white noise machine to help maintain a peaceful environment from any routine daytime movement upstairs. The larger rear lawn is also shared with the hosts' family and their cuddly labrador, Simba.
