”We had a great time at our Friendcation at the Ranch this year! The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! ”

”Our stay at this rental was great! It was in a good location for what we were visiting and the rental was very clean and well stocked. We had trouble with the air conditioner and the owners were quick to respond and take care of the issue and were exceptionally nice. I highly recommend this rental and will for sure stay there again if I ever have the opportunity.Laura ”

”Great: . Great size, layout, back yard, privacy; wouldn’t have guessed the center unit of a triplex could be like this. . Comfy beds . Responsive host . Removable (hand-held) shower head with adjustable water strength in both showers . Backyard in nice shape, nice furniture, flowers, etc, backs to golf course . Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room . A helpful binder with area information and house rules Not as great: . Couch was very soft, hard to get up from . A bit hard to find in...

”This property has THE BEST views of the lake and foot hills. Absolutely stunning. Every window has the most amazing views. Absolutely gorgeous. The proximity to Fresno, Yosemite and Sequoia National Park are perfect. I would recommend and would love to return someday. ”

”Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! The adults loved that it is located minutes from the sequoia national park entrance. There was a heat advisory, yet the house and game room remained cool. The kids (teens and tween) enjoyed cooling off in the river, right in the back yard! It was also fun to discover statues and other treasures around the yard. Very grateful for easy access to extra towels, pillows and blankets. We highly recommend this place.”

”This place is an amazing property to stay at with friends or family. It was our second staythere .So many special little places to hang out read visit relax the pool and hot tub are a wonderful feature. Now they have painting rocks a sauna. . We took a canoe and some kayak and stand up paddle boards up the river.. Plenty of wine tasting in the area as well. The host Del he is one of the best host we have ever had. ”

”The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving get together. The garage/game room was a highlight (ping pong, pool table, foosball). The bunk bed room is so cool and was fun for the kids (they said it felt like "camp") :) The comfortable living room, with an open floorplan connected to the kitchen, was perfect for playing games. Quite and very nice neighborhood. There is a really nice and fun park/playground in walking distance. The drive from this house to Sequoia National Park was easy....

”We loved our stay, house was clean with multiple beds. Would suggest a few more bedside tables and another couch. A few games and puzzles added would be nice too. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cup, but needed more silverware. All in all, we would to come back. ”
