”Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. ”

”We had a super time at the Little Rose Cottage relaxing and fishing. Even on the rainy days, we worked a couple puzzles and explored the area. Would highly recommend this quaint cottage equipped with comfort.”

”The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both.”

”It was a great little stay, loved the location, etc. We were only told of 1 parking spot during our check in text. The bathroom is cute, but definitely not spa-like. The bed is a storage for winter window storm boards.”

”I did not get to stay in cozy cottage because my Mom went in to ER and I had to go back to MN. When I tried to cancel the reservations I had to call the VRBO HELP DESK. The web site would not let me cancel because it said my reservation had already begun - even though my check in was the next day. When I talked to the VRBO representative they said that the check in date had already occurred because apparently the time zone they were in was a day earlier. When I pointed out that my rental was...

”We love the property. Have stayed in numerous rooms there. AC went out. Not their fault. Fixed super quick. Water heater went out out last night. Again big their fault. Nice water pressure. Clean. Would stay again. 👍”
