”We had a great time at Lazy Tiki. Philippe and Juliana welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and refreshing. We had a wonderful, hearty breakfast prepared by Philippe and Juliana. We are very grateful. Would love to come visit again in the future. I told my family and friends. Philippe is such a great host and so as Juliana keeping up the place. Thanks again!!!”

”No hot water”

”Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.”

”I did not like this hotel at all. I had booked it because it had pool. The room was very simple and in bathroom came very bad smell when i open the room. I asked in reception if there is better rooms available. There was no do i decided to book Richmonde hotel a room and that was excellent.”

”Noisy, Noisy Noisy. Loud motorcycles passed by into the early morning hours and this hotel has the worst sound proofing ever. I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. No hot water in the room the first day and night. Embarrassing small plate and small variety of vegetables and fruits were offered at the...

”the room was great, just need a little cleaning in the bathroom doors. the breakfast buffet was amazing. staff were helpful. one thing to point out is wifi, we always need to ask for vouchers which was a little frustrating but overall the staff was helpful.”

”The property is well maintained and clean. It’s a walking distance to Festive Mall. Our room is clean and updated. The staff are very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our 4 days 3 nights. stay was great and comfortable. Definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!”

”This place has its own unique character The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The room we stayed need a little maintenance like light in the bathroom was not working and the door handle was broken. Overall, I would recommend this place.”

”Check in was swift. Room was okay, however, I was disappointed about bathroom doors not having locks or locks in the shower as water tends to come out and soak the floor. We noticed thats the sides were leaking as well when we shower and the ceiling does too because of probably condensation from the airconditioning unit. But the staff were accommodating and the food was great so overall still a good experience.”

”This new hotel is in good place as from walking distance to great music live entertaiment and nice restaurants. Hotel has nice door service and nice but expencive restaurant. Sometimes they forget to leave complimentaey water bottles and one time to clean the room. I stayed three weeks so saw a lot. Breakfast service was not standard quality. Sometimes good sometines not so good. Depending eho was working. Missed cheese slices and salad table paprika every morning not just rarely.”
