”the clesning lady grabbed my dirty towels without gloves. blegh. they dont wash the blanket daily, just the sheets. i had the blanet thrown on the ground because i wasnt using it... came back in the room and she had taken it straight off the ground and put it back on my sheets. blegh. during sheet change you have no sheets or bedding for over an hour because they dont have extra pairs, they just take and wash your same set. the room REEKED of stale pot smoke. worst stay ever.”

”When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. The place is in the process of renovation - my room had new flooring, for instance The neighborhood is not the nicest Tallahassee has to offer, but it is convenient to FSU. ”

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand.
