Matkat – San Marcello Piteglio

WARNING: Bed Bugs and Terrible Service Avoid this hotel at all costs. We found bed bugs in our room on the very first night and had to leave immediately. There was no staff at the front desk at night (despite the listing claiming 24-hour reception), so we were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The next morning, we informed the front desk, and they promised a full refund. However, when Hotels.com later contacted them, the hotel suddenly refused any refund — so we ended up paying for a four-night stay without sleeping there at all. The rooms were old-fashioned, worn out, and not as shown in the website photos. Shampoo was provided only for one night, and overall the place was in poor condition. Absolutely terrible experience — do not book this hotel.

Hotelli aseman välittömässä läheisyydessä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamupala. Huone hiukan ankea, sänky kehno ja seinät ohuet: naapurin äänet kuuluivat selvästi
