”BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

”Great location! We parked the car out front when we arrived and didn't need to use it again until we left. House is clean and bright. The mattress was firmer than we prefer but it was fine and the sheets and comforter were clean and comfy. Would recommend!”

”The kitchen is VERY well stocked which was so nice to cook and prep healthy meals. Extremely clean and cute touches throughout--it's got character, not a cookie cutter condo. We loved the little eateries within walking distance and of course the BEACH just steps away! Outstanding value ! ”

”The view is amazing from the inside and from the patio. The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Beach is 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again. ”

”Great house! The kitchen is fully stocked and great appliances. Great location that is close to everything. The host is super responsive and when you get there they have cute little towel bundles waiting for you on the bed. Great hot tub too. Highly recommend!”

”This is a very comfortable, nicely appointed place. The location is only a short drive from the town but is very close to the entrance to the Forest of Nisene Marks. It feels isolated and removed from noise and bustle. Gabriel was welcoming and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the heating was adequate. There were many nice personal touches and it was very clean. We only stayed one night but I think it would be an excellent place to stay longer. ”

”This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.”
