”Host is incredibly friendly and accessible via WhatsApp. Stayed in the private apartment and was in love with the patio which faces the mountains and sunset. Space is modern. clean, and super cozy. Also stocked with some great coffee and South American wines. ”

”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”Arenal Kioro Suites exceeded our expectations on every level. The view of the volcano and rainforest from our room was exceptional. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Fresh exotic flowers in the room. Our room attendants fashioned the pool towels into frogs and turtles to match our kids stuffed animals which was cute. The hot springs were spotless and we had them completely to ourselves unlike other crowded hot springs that we have visited. The resort also gave us access to the Titokú...

”A nice, clean hotel with magnificent views. The overall look was a little bit outdated, but it didn't matter, because everything was clean and worked well. Staff was nice. We really liked having our tasty breakfast while enjoying the view. ”

”The place truly grows on you. While the property is a bit dated, the people more than make up for it with their warmth and helpfulness. We stayed in a chalet overlooking the volcano, and on a clear day the view was simply enviable. The breakfast staff goes out of their way to make mornings pleasant, and the front desk team is consistently friendly and supportive, contributing greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay”

”We loved this property. Beautiful views. Check-in was easy and quick. Property manager was very responsive. Reason for not 5 stars is, no cleaning of room while we were there, 3 nights. Place was beautiful though. Would stay again and price was reasonable.”
