I decided to try out some hostels for this solo travel trip and I’ve come to the conclusion hostels aren’t really for me, but I would definitely stay at The Outpost again because of the staff. If you enjoy the hostels experience or traveling in a budget, then definitely hit up The Outpost. ”

”Great hotel, the staff were lovely! They provided flashlights when the storm was coming. The only minus is that you could hear the noise from the corridor early in the morning. Some dust under the beds but otherwise really clean room, nice shower etc. I definitely would visit again.”

”We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time.”

”Breakfast buffet was delicious. Chef made homemade Filipino breakfast. Staff were very attentive from receptionist to drivers. Csmn goes above and beyond in the house restaurant. Erika gave an amazing Hilot massage. Maintenance staff responded right away when there were technical problems with the AC and safe box. Love the happy hour at the pier with spectacular view of the bay. There was construction in many areas of the resort hence I took off one star for cleanliness of the property. ”

”The quality of the room didn't match the price. They are allready out dated. A bit further from the city but only a short tricycle ride. Poor breakfast. We ate one evening in the hotel buffet and got a serious food poisoning so that we had to cancel one island hopping your. The pool didn't have not a single sun shelter or umbrella which made it uncomfortable to stay by the pool for longer. Staff was very helpfull and helped us In every aspect with the ferry tickets etc. At check out we were not...

”Very nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay.”
