Huolellisesti ylläpidetty perheen talo erittäin halunnissa Wayne Ranch San Tan / Queen Creek naapurustossa. Wayne ranch on erittäin rauhallisella alueella ja suunnattu perheille. Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy koti on sisustettu tyylikkäästi kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Yksi king-vuode, kaksi queen-vuodetta ja kaksi erillistä sohva-aamiaista. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin w / valot, täydellinen makuuhuoneet, televisio ja joko Blu-ray-soitin (3) tai DVD-soitin (2). Vaatetulla olohuoneessa on 2 virtakytkintä, jotka kallistuvat nukkumisasemaan ja laturiportit. Viihdekeskukseen kuuluu sähköinen takka ja suuri televisio, jossa on 70 tuuman näyttö. Mukava, tilava keittiö, jossa on Quartz-työtasot, mohogany-värjätyt kaapit ja kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Mukava iso, avoin pohjaratkaisu ruokailualueesta keittiöön olohuoneeseen. Suuri perheen viihdyttävä. Lattiat ovat posliiniä, lasilevyjä, kaikilla alueilla paitsi kokolattiamatot. Tämä koti on varustettu toimistokotelolla, jossa on langaton tulostin, henkilökohtaiseen työhösi. Päivitetty pesukone / kuivausrumpu jalusta-aloilla helpottaa pääsyä. Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our time at this property. The home was clean and had everything we needed to just basically come on in and relax and enjoy. Great place for families as there are four bedrooms and plenty of room and a nice back yard and pool. Only thing I would change would be to ditch Direct TV as it has lousy programming. Also would have been nice to able to get the internet on the TV so you could stream shows. Overall a great place to stay, nice neighborhood and nice community with many things to do in the area.

Great house in the FAR east valley

Nice, quiet neighborhood in the FAR east valley. Quite a bit farther away from the things we were doing than we'd had liked though. The house was clean and comfortable. In all the VRBO's we've stayed at we've never had such a stocked kitchen! Only thing we found that was weird was the amount of food that was in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry. When we first opened the refrigerator saw that there was a 1/2 drank cup of a drink from McDonalds and a grocery bag full of what looked like leftovers (we did throw that away). Plus lots of food that we assumed was left over from other renters that maybe the cleaning people just never clean out. Lots of expired food (that we left). Same for the pantry, we've been in VRBO's that have spices, but never opened containers of chips and cookies and expired products. It was just very odd to us. The bathrooms too were very well stocked with towels and washcloths. But also with so many partially used body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles. Again, it was just weird to us since we've never seen that before at a VRBO we've stayed at. All in all we absolutely loved our stay at this house. We felt very comfortable because it was so homey. We did not use the pool because it was in December and too cold. But we did use the barbecue grill and sat outside. Only deducted one star on location because of how far out it was for us. Grocery store was close though! But our full experience was definitely 5 stars.

Perfect for our family!

This was a lovely home! We traveled to the area for a family wedding. The location was great, short drive to places to grocery shop, eat, etc. quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome, our kids loved it! Perfect size home for our group, 3 adults, 2 small children, we had a lot of room to spare! Great communication with the owner, very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Best AZ Home

This house is perfectly set up for families. We had my (nearly) 2 year old grandson with us and the owners had a ton of toys, a pack and play, a highchair...everything needed to make this like home for him. Also, hairdryer, curling irons, so many things that you might not have remembered. Toothpaste, toothbrushes...I mean literally everything. The house is in a great neighborhood, the pool is awesome. If this is one of your choices...pick this one!

Ladies’ golf getaway

Comfortable, well equipped home, even some food items/toiletries left by previous guests. A bit far out of town but the cheaper price compensated for the extra distance. Quiet neighbourhood - ideal for 4 elderly ladies on a golf trip.

Fantastic Home with Awesome Hists3

This house is absolutely delightful! Comfortable beds...wonderfully appointed decor and everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. And the fact that there are FOUR comfy recliners in front of the cozy fireplace made our evenings most comfortable. The backyard and pool are stunning. The owners were caring, accommodsting and responsive to all our questions.

Lovely family and kid friendly home

We rented this home as a place to stay over thanksgiving. We had a 10, 3, and 4 month old baby and had everything we needed for accommodations. I loved that they had toy bins for the kids, as well as a lock on the back patio door that lead to the pool so the little one couldn’t sneak out without an adult. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

We came out to Arizona to see our son and his family. We have stayed at this property before, and that is why we coming back. It has all the ammenities, pool, and nice layout of the house. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very nice home!!

Great escape

This home is lovely, comfortable and a great escape from our Wisconsin winter ! It is well maintained with a well stocked kitchen, good appliances and very comfortable beds. It is large enough to have family visit and everyone have their own “space”. While it was not quite warm enough to use the pool, we definitely enjoyed the yard and patio. The gas grill was used frequently. The owners are readily available should you have any questions. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home. We would definitely return !

This home truly felt like home.

There were all the comforts of home and enough room for everyone! Although the weather was cold and we didn’t get to utilize the outdoor space, it looked inviting. The host was also available when we had any questions!
