Great family friendly home very private back yard, heated pool & covered patio.

Quiet residential neighborhood with great privacy. Master bedroom is separated from other guest rooms with a private door that opens to the backyard patio and pool. One of the guest bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom. Two more guest bedrooms and an additional full bath with tub and shower. All bedrooms have queen sized beds. A fully stocked kitchen. Private backyard with a heated pool, putting green & grill. Perfect for a quiet vacation by the pool or a more active vacation with plenty to do in the area.

This house had everything we needed for our family vacation. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The kitchen, dining and family room had plenty of room all of us. The pool was heated perfectly and our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it. The house has many restaurants and stores near by. One thing is that it does not have a hot tub which wasn’t a problem with the lovely hot weather. It did not list a hot tub I just assumed from the pictures, my mistake. We really enjoyed our week.

The host was very attentive; however, the house was a bit of a letdown. We had to empty (filled with previous people food, produce, etc.) and clean out the refrigerator before we could fill. The patio was dirty - had to wash off table and chairs before we could even use. The kitchen cabinets were full of crumbs, etc. The bath lighting bad may be due to extremely dirty light fixtures and burnt out bulb. Way too expensive for what it was.

This home is truly ideal for relaxing and spreading out. It’s nicely decorated, spacious, clean and in a good location for outdoor activities, shopping and using the airport. The hosts are friendly, responsive and committed to their guests having the best stay possible. The outside patio and heated pool were private and awesome to use in the warm weather. I highly recommend renting this property for family and friend gatherings.

Fantastic stay and host was very communicative if we had any questions. We never stay at the same place twice but this may be the exception. For a family of 5, there was more than enough room and the heated pool was warm enough to swim in the middle of February (We are from Michigan so that may a difference maker not sure). The location is safe and pretty much within 30min of everything you would need. The San Tan Mountain park is like 15min away and the Olive Mill is right down the road. Quiet neighborhood and scenic drives were nice. Even the little things like some extra dishwasher and laundry pods came in super handy. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a family.

Great stay

Stayed here with my aunt and parents. The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool was beautiful, even though heated was on cool side for swimming. Pool was hard for adults with disabilities. Good location, in fact everyone said to keep the house as a favorite . Super quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We spent 10 days here as our son was playing in a baseball tournament in Mesa.The house is wonderful-perfect layout with four bedrooms and three baths. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were so nice! Plenty of businesses close by-grocery stores, restaurants, coffee and more.we would definitely recommend this property for your next visit!

Perfect Spot

This spot was excellent for a couple of soccer dads and their daughters. Owner was very helpful and was quick to respond to all questions/needs. House was fully stocked with most of our needs. We just had to get groceries. It was nice to have in house meals and be able to spread out and relax after busy days. Highly recommend and would stay again

Just what we needed

We were visiting the area for a family reunion and this house was a perfect location for us! The check in process was seamless and the house was as advertised. Even though we didn’t spend a great deal of time there, the house was well furnished with everything we needed. The host is very responsive and checked in midweek to see if we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything!
