Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...

Charming Cottage in idyllic location on Stourhead Estate
The house is beautiful with so much character and was equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable with gorgeous linens. Fine little cottage.Fine location.Helpful host.Well restored.Thoughtful facilities, but the shower would benefit from a hand rail and non-slip floor finish inside tie enclosure.
